    • Create and provide coupon codes to be used by customers to obtain a discounts when ordering. Coupons may be set to expire at a specific time, and you may limit the number of coupons available. Coupon codes can be provided to groups or in general promotion through advertising, direct mail, email, etc.
  • Group Marketing
    • Groups may be created and "group members" may be added to the group. Group members may have exclusive special pricing and dynamic content.
  • Special Pricing
    • An unlimited array of special offers may be provided to groups. For example, a 10% discount could be automatically provided to any group member who logs in. OR - purchase anything from the "Entree" category and receive 5% off - OR - Purchase anything from the "Pasta" category and receive a free dessert. This feature is limited only by your imagination!

    • Customers may elect to create accounts to facilitate future ordering. Returning customers log in with a username and password and:
      • View all past orders
      • Re-order any past order with a single click
      • View and revise contact information including username and password
      • Account creation is optional. Customers are not forced to jump through account creation hoops before they see the menu or order
  • Flexible order notificaton
    • Order notification can be sent to each location by any or all of the following:
      • Fax with "failsafe" telephone notification if fax busy or fax failure
      • Email to computer or wireless device like Blackberry, iFone, etc.
      • Text message to cell phone w/customer name, phone, etc
      • Numeric page w/customer name, phone, etc.
      • Print order directly to dedicated IP printer (requires DLS line at location)
